Cancellation Policy:  Refund requests received up to 2 weeks prior to the training will be granted, less a $50 processing fee.  Refund requests received less than 2 weeks prior to the training will not be granted.  However, the tuition fee may be transferred to another person from your organization or applied to another training within 12 months.
