Reality
Therapy, developed by William Glasser, M.D., is a method of working with others in a way that
is consistent with Choice Theory. The application of Reality Therapy in
counseling or
conferences will give you "tools" to work with clients, students, parents and/or
colleagues. The primary focus of this approach is to "teach"
responsibility and effective choices.

4. Commitment to change
”You cannot make anyone do what he

encourage him to try it.”
